I don't see why not.
As long as the engine was well maintained and you don't need to add oil between oil changes.
Assuming you use good full synthetic every 5000 miles. ( like Mobil 1 Extended )
Or 3000 with other oil.
You're good to go.

I have a question for Dane. What was the power you got out of the truck after the pulley, headers, and throttle body? I just did all that and e85, gets tuned next week. Already had the supercharger on it when I got it. Hopefully the oil pump holds up. I haven't done anything internal to it but I think the shocks need rebuilt cuz it starts swaying over 115mph. Just thought I'd see what kind of numbers you were putting down. I'm hoping for over 600 at wheels.
