I have yes. Their 650hp tune uses the twin 60mm throttle body. It's just their tune that gives the hp increase. They want to be sure you have top quality plugs installed, and at least the 47lph injectors and fuel rails that come with the Roush Phase 2 setup.

Just FYI and for anyone in the future, the Roush brackets for the AFCO intercooler are included in the "Roush 421805 Hardware Kit" which I was able to buy from Amazon but it also available other places. This obviously doesn't do you any good now but I'm sure this thread will be referenced in the future. This kit typically runs about $140 so your purchase wasn't a bad deal at all. I got lucky and paid $43 for mine.

    Good luck with the build!

Love the arguing about email tunes and “Marketing Flywheel HP” numbers.

    STOCK throttle body
527 Real World WHEEL HP. 497RWTQ
    87 octane
    Zero drivability issues
    Livernois Motorsports DYNO tuning.
    Not a penny wasted

That’s cool! Good for you. Livernois, VMP and JDM are all great companies. I don’t think anyone is arguing. JDMs email tunes have been developed on the dyno there, and are remarkably consistent from vehicle to vehicle. Dyno sheets from various customers around the country confirm 500-600WHP depending on configuration. It’s always a good idea to fine tune on a dyno if want something even more specific to your setup, but it’s pretty well known that JDMs tunes make what they make with a given setup.

I double checked this. That hardware hit does not include the lower crossmember. It includes 4 smaller brackets for the radiator, but if you want to install any radiator that bolts up using the Roush hardware, such as AFCO, you’re going to need that crossmember, and you have to get it from Roush directly.

That's a good point. I should have clarified that this kit is only helpful if you already have a Stage 1 (the crossmember is the same) but want to upgrade to the AFCO intercooler.

Intercooler and pump assembly are in. I know, I'm slow.
