Even a stupid atty would have got a court order to stop the sale of the truck.
Even a stupid atty would have requested that a police review the multiple Vins
No attorney would come on here all shaken up asking stupid questions they would already have resources to find out.
If you are an atty, do you use legal zoom for your reference guide?
I believe you got ripped off, but your not an attorney

If it was in fact stolen and it was not reported, my question is why? If your trying to play the “value” game that may backfire really fast.

This is so simple. If you have proof of original ownership, I would contact the police and notify the dealership. Legally a dealership cannot sell a stolen vehicle if they are notified until after an investigation.
All those things were done. My civil lawyer sent spoilation letters precisely bc the police did absolutely nothing to recover my truck. They never checked a vin except on the door n windshield. The odds of the mileage being the same to the .8, and a walker in the cab. Replaced the tires 13 miles across town in the hood where it disapearled for 4 days? Why would a licensed Ford dealership send it to a place across from a chop shop replace virtually new tires with the POS tires in photo 3. It’s over now. Maybe. If by the grace of God I get the uncontovertible evidence to bring the ring down I will , regardless of the risks. Or it could all be coincidental. Anyway it’s gone now. the sold it or traded it Friday

Sorry for the confusion but your first post stated you didn't report it then multiple post later you stated you think the task force was working on it. I never saw a post where you said I reported it to the police, if it was my truck, I'd be so livid and at the police station every frickin day!
Like I said I was pretty upset and discombobulated. I should have made myself more clear. Your correct. Thanks

What about the xm radio updates, did they change the radio? They did track you! How about Ford updates, did they change the computer? Dude, you’re full of it.

Wishing you the best and I hope you get your truck back. It doesn't sound likely because in most cases stolen trucks are stripped for parts. I don't think a dealer would take in a stolen truck because it would be almost impossible for them to have it on the lot to sell without a clear title.

Shawn Roberts SBN00794540 Texas the Galveston County vehicular task force did say the checked the vins. 2 of them. They were running interference tho imo. I hope your dad doesn’t die from dementia and cancer caused by Agent Orange n your trucks stolen 3 days later. Clearly you are not only more intelligent but also a much stronger person.

They stole the truck at 6:52 and disconnected the FordPass GPS at 6:56 pm. You clearly must have ridden the short bus to school. The reason I posted was first to see if anyone else experienced something similar and could help me with solid advice. The second reason was so that people would be aware and take additional precautions . The Ford updates are precisely the reason why IWAS able to locate the videos from the hotel and She’ll station.

Here’s 2 blk Raptor both reported stolen along with the other truck in question all 3 were ordered from MAK Haik Ford Houston. All 3 802a all 3 only 1 respective optios were different. All 3 are in Texas City/Dickinson all stol within 30 days of each other all for sale in those 2 little towns. 2 listed on Facebook marketplace. So just take it for what it’s worth. but Be careful. I know 3 add people in Houston who had their Raptor stolen in the past 60 days so add additional security and stick a few apple tags, kill switches and lo jacks. I was a ******* and have 7 of them just never thought to put it in the truck bc I thought FordPass would protect me. Good night.
