Steering wheel OK button

Question to see if this work. I had a 2014 a few yeas back that had the 'OK' button on the steering wheel and it's missing on my 2013, driving me nuts. If I swap the switch out for this, the OK button should work?

13 and 14 were identical so if you have a button laying around, then yes, it will work

Well, that's a no. New switch is in but the "OK" button still does not work. You think I need to reset my Sync so it picks it up??

i have a 13' and i dont have the ok button there either, whats it supposed to confirm?

It allows you to pick up calls and acknowledge/read texts if I remember correctly (when I had it in my '14 XLT).
