Does anyone know if you can use the splined lug nuts on the stock Gen 1 non bead lock wheels? I have Method wheels which came with different lug nuts but i still have my stock spare as well as 6 factory lug nuts stashed in my tool bag. Do i need to carry around these extra lug nuts or will the splined ones work on stock wheels?

The splined lugs will work in a pinch, but the stock wheels use a much larger conical taper to seat the wheel.
I wouldn't go run hard off-road with the smaller taper, but it will get you home.

Only reason I would not use splined lug nuts is because of the torque spec.

The splines will get tore up with 150ftlbs.
