Special order shipping charges?

Has anyone paid additional $ for shipping charges on special orders? if so how much $ are we talkin? Im in Southern CA.
I'm picking up my truck tomorrow and I don't want any surprises when it comes time to pay up.

all i know of is the destination fee. are you getting hit with more?

I don't know yet. I'm just not sure if the destination fee (normal lot inventory) is different/additional than shipping fee (special order). I just want to be prepared when its time hand over the dough. Wouldn't want to raise a stink for something that's common to Ford, at the same time don't want em to try and pull a fast one.
I've ordered cars from other manuf's and it's been rolled up in destination from what I can remember.

Assuming you did not order from a dealership from across the country, you will not have to pay any extra fees. So you know, all non dealer stock cars are considered special order.
