I have a 2018 Raptor and added Rigid Industries LED Cubes to Aux 1 & 2 switches. I don't fully understand the most recent notice from Ford. Should I have the wiring looked at? Everything functions fine.

Forget about it. If your wiring works then you plugged into the right place.
