side mirrors wont save memory/rear defroster

hey guys

2012 raptor 6.2l super crew

my side view mirrors are not saving to memory. everytime i unlock truck they get all wacky.

also the rear defroster not working


any thoughts? think one has to do with other?

The rear defroster is probably a problem with the actual window. I've had mine replaced twice now. It's pretty silly.

what did you end up with on the mirrors? I am having the same problem.
