So the original G1 coil springs are on the G2 shocks, (to avoid contacting the tubular UCA's), with new coil collars & spring perches, (to avoid contacting the bigger Trackmotive axles). And these adjustable limit strap tabs will end up welded to the KHC coil buckets. Rear 18" limit straps are on order, the front length is still unknown.

These are the Dirtking.com welded limit strap adjusters, test-fitting some 23" Mckenzie's limit straps. The adjuster piece (the triangle) can be inverted if your measurements were way off:rolleyes:) They are just as thick as the KHC buckets, and it all barely fits between the UCA's and the oem coils) Still need to make up the LCA tabs (like @SilverGen1 ) did out of 3/8" P&O plate.

Looking good! I'm assuming you're mounting on the bucket because you are trying to avoid rubbing on the tie rods?

Unfortunately, when I tacked it up I didn't check to see if the limit strap end plates will clear the UCA's... they don't. So, I'll probably just weld a short piece of this 1" round .250 wall chromoly shock boss down at the bottom of the bucket instead. As long as limit straps are available in short increments it should work.

This is Plan B. Welding the shock boss to the KHC bucket wherever it will provide clearance for the top of the strap. Since the bottom tab hasn't been made yet, it can be designed for a specific strap size.

Had to move it outside so I can use the garage space on some major ecoboost repairs. With those brand new Icons (on the "regular" setting), and no payload, the rear fenders are sitting 46", up from 41.5" before. The front,( with the old Gen 1 coils, Gen 2 Foxes, and a 1.5 RPG collar) are right around the original 41" height.
