I guess Ford is coming out with a Shelby F-150, for those that can't wait for the Raptor R. This one should slow TRX sales down until we see the R. Great looking truck IMO. But still keeping my Gen 3 order. Full article in Ford Authority for more info.

I saw that yesterday.....idk its probably all me here but I just dont care for the look of the Shelby F-150s. Trust me I wouldnt mind owning one but would I put down a good chunk of money on one? Probably not. Plus will any of these ever see any dirt at all? I see these as road/garage queens where I want to take the truck off road and get her dirty IMHO....

The 395 HP is 107k...that makes no sense to me. It's essentially a lariat with some mods. ~50K worth of mods? Why not go with a Tremor? Or buy a Lariat and do your own mods?

I can somewhat understand going with the bigger model, if money doesn't matter and you want the HP. However, you'll probably feel foolish one the R comes out. The R will have the wider stance, better suspension, better frame, better engineering (not Shelby reworking Ford engineering), better tech/interior (maybe), and probably a little cheaper...though maybe not til ADM dies down.

Looks like they drove it into a Pep Boys and the whole catalog jumped out onto that truck. This is a perfect example of less definitely being more.
