Service code question

I was getting some fuel this morning and when I started truck I had a little open end wrench show up it said check manual. Then I opened my ford pass and it says powertrain malfunction/reduced power but it went out within a minute or two any idea on what's happening or should I take it in for service ?

I would get it into a Ford dealer for service and get it checked out.
