Absolutely beautiful John. We went there last year on our epic road trip across the US.

looks amazing. I regret not saving time to go there while my wife and I were on the west coast for a couple weeks on vacation. so upset I didn't make the time

It’s a little out of the way but that that helps keep the hoards out
I was there about 8 yrs ago by myself. The Ranger thought I worked there because he would see me every day snd I was one of the few people in the park. I hiked up to Heather Lake at just over 10k’ and I was the only person there the entire day. The good old days…

I never knew what a tree was till went to the west coast. We have big oaks and pines and huge Bald Cypress, but i had no idea what a tree was till i saw my first redwood
