Hi Everyone-quick run down white smoke from tail pipes at start up left turbo seized, spark plugs burnt etc all replaced got the truck back a week ago the truck seems like the turbo seized again. I have called Ford customer service 6 times when the truck was in the shop the first time and every time I am told that a US base rep from the truck department will call me. I have not received one call except to rate my experience with the CS rep. This sucks...wondering if anyone has had experience with CS. Any feedback would be great
