SCT customer service.

What's with SCT customer service? It takes them an hour to call back after you get in-line for a call back.
Tonite you cant grab a place in line, they just hang up on you.
I work all day I cant call any other time but the evening when I'm at home in front of my computer.
The online chat option is not working.
The weekend customer support email doesnt work.
I'm getting really aggravated.
Seriously, you sell a product like this, you need customer support.
Either hire more people, or shut the doors.

I called and got through when I chose option 2 for the dealers. They called me back and they said they shut off the consumer line when the queue is getting full and they are near closing time. I called at 5pm and it was already shut off.

A lot of businesses are only open from 9 to 5. That's not so unusual.

I have to have a windows laptop in front of me, and my truck.
I'm a pipefitter so I dont sit at a desk.
And I drive a company van to work.

They are open till 6, but when the queue gets so full they have to shut the answering service off so they can clear all calls by closing time. It was off at 5. Thats An hour before closing.
