The 6.2 is an overhead cam motor. It does have cam followers that look and act kind of like rocker arms on and overhead valve motor. And yes, they are roller tipped...

Traditional "full roller" motor is a old school cam in block V8 with roller lifters, instead of solid lifters. As noted above this is not a cam in block engine, so that nomeclature makes no sense in reference to the 6.2L as it does not have "lifters"- nothing is being lifted.

should have posted in 411 6.2 anyway you got it now post more if you find any on the camshafts removal and install.
