Rigid Fog wiring question

Bought the Dually spot and floods. Installed easily.

But the directions are horrible when it comes to the wiring. The brackets come with the wiring harness. Im assuming the three wires in the wiring harness are all that need to be hooked up. But the instructions dont make sense.

There are three wires, Red, blue and black. Where do they go??? Directions seems to indicate 2 different areas?

Are you using our wiring harness and switch or are you tapping into the stock relay/switch panel?

If using the factory switch panel. Does the red power one set and the blue wire power the
Other set?
