Someone is doing market research on the Gen2 Ford Raptor. I was contacted by a market research firm (I've participated in multiple programs in the past about the Raptor and Jeeps and offroading, etc.).

I know the market research firm (won't post it here) but obviously I don't know who they're doing this work for (possibilities could include: Raptor competitor, Ford!, a lawyer going to sue, others).

This research included a survey and a request for photos. I'm attaching the photo request so you can see what they're looking at/for and draw your own conclusions. AND you can look at the pics they want to see and consider looking at your Raptor to determine if there any issues with these welds.

There are 11 pages (numbered) so I'm uploading them in 3 posts - this one and 2 that follow...

    The research firm is:
    Morpace Inc.
    31700 Middlebelt Road
    Suite 200
    Farmington Hills, Michigan 48334
    1-800-975-2585

And a few years ago they did a survey that didn't require all those pictures and before the GEN2.
I participated in it last year and did receive the $50 they offered. Now I got it again for a bigger award and when I click the survey link, they are fully aware that I still have a GEN1. I posted about it here the other day:
    https://www.fordraptorforum.com/threads/survey-for-our-raptors.68329/

This is the thread when Morpace first started surveying raptor owners:
    https://www.fordraptorforum.com/thr...sking-me-to-take-a-survey.29904/#post-1267222

Based on the questions back when I did it, I was concerned that it was going to affect my ESP Warranty but to this date, no issues with warranty issues from Ford.

NOTE: On the instructions they sent, the top pictures is of a GEN1 of where to stand but all the suspension ones are of a GEN2.

I forget who but someone had an issue about 6months back maybe more; and they had a new truck that the the robots missed welding the coil bucket to the frame rail. I took photos of mine for him showing the good welds but his were definitely scary looking; they could easily be grounded back and run a bead down them but was pretty shitty. Can remember the post but it somewhere in the archives. I’m sure that’s what there looking for on the front. Anyone else have bad welds there? It was a 17 or 18 model year. Wonder what there looking for in the back?
