Removing hard water stains

My Gen 1 has hard water/mineral spots all over the windows and side mirrors. Any suggestions on how to remove them?

Water and white vinegar mix it 50/50 in a spray bottle works great

I doubt it'll work. These are some tough mineral spots, but I should probably give it a shot first.
