Do Deaver/ Icon springs and upgraded Fox live valve shocks add any suspension travel increase or just ride quality improvement?

I thought aftermarket leafs give up to 2” more droop.

maybe extra droop with a drop shackle
a cantilever or bypass rack through the bed will give about 4” more travel
springs and shocks can give better control so you will drive faster
the spring choice can allow for a static height that is in the middle of travel
bump stop kit is important too
