Rear light bar question

Need help please!
I would like to install led light bar at base of tailgate on my 2018 raptor that has cross traffic sonar detection feature. Many of the units I have seen are not compatible with this set up. Can anyone recommend a brand/model that will work and any installation instructions as well?
