I was just outside to take some measurements in preparation to level my truck.

I noticed that the front was around 40". When I measured the drivers side rear it was 40 3/4" and the passenger side was around 41 3/4"

That was a 1" difference between the driver and passenger some

I got on the back bumper and bounced on it a few times but there was no change.

Any ideas or should I just bring it to the dealer and have them look at it.

Fuel tank full? It makes a difference. 34 gallons of gas is 204 pounds and rear springs are pretty weak.

Crew cab has 36 gallon tank. Try sticking 200-ish pounds on the other side and see if it balances out.

As others have said it’s your full fuel tank. I measure my truck constantly to see if my rear springs have broken in.

Stock leafs will easily sag that much with a full fuel tank.

Ah, the ol' [insert truck brand name here ] Lean.

All readerboards on all sites i have ever seen it call it by name.

1st, make sure you are on level ground.....really level ground when you measure.

On top of that, I have never seen a truck company nail it 100% of the time. Spring settling causes a good amount of difference, and it may take a large delta before your dealership would even do anything about it. Most of the time we are forced to find incremental collar adjustments to make the fine tuning.

I have always preferred "Driver side high" so when I driving solo (commuting), its level.

Sorry but with the fuel tank being inside the frame rails i dont see where that would make make the truck lean.

Actually ... Interesting update.

Drove the truck to work this morning. Got out and measured both sides and they were both spot on.

Went for lunch and got back to work ... Measured and they were out again. From what I could tell it was level ground and it was parked in exactly the same spot as this morning.
