Realtruck, what’s the deal?!

Realtruck has been the absolute slowest shipper lately, anyone know what’s up? My fender liners took almost a month to arrive when they were “in stock” and now my husky bed mat I ordered is 2 weeks in and still hasn’t shipped although it was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days they said. They don’t respond to emails either or if they do you’ll get one saying they’re looking into it, with no follow up.

I ordered my tonneau cover it was delivered 2 days later. Could be a supply issue on the liners.

I doubt it. They show as in stock, I’m given a tracking number, the it just stalls. They struggle to even reply with answers (FedEx must have lost it, we will start a claim) then I ask for a refund and they just refund me immediately. They wouldn’t do that if there was a chance they’ve shipped it and it could arrive.

Husky liners are supposed to be American made. They always show in stock when ordered too

Dont buy the bs warranty they try to sell you, they tried to rip me off and lied to me about warranty on some tail lights for my gen1.. .they want to sell you a warranty on a part that already has a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. Alpharex lights...for my gen1. Told me sorry cant help and no we checked with the vendor and they are only covered for 30 days also. I contacted alpharex , dealt with Brandon, got it all handled , warranty scam realtruck is running or was this wasnt to long ago btw....so good products, there full of shit and crooked in my eyes so watch them. Straight up lied to me and trying to warranty shit that already is covered.....sorry for the rant just hate slimy ass lying companies lol.

Truly sorry to hear that you're having to wait so long for shipping. Understandably frustrating, especially if the website is showing that it's in stock.

You already gave me a refund for the bed mat and i went elsewhere for a different one. Still have a tracking number saying fedex is waiting for the item though haha. Your support team just told me fedex must have lost them, but never followed up. Just sent me a refund.

no I haven’t. It’s all been completed now. I’m just curious if this is what always happens? I know 2 other forum members were having trouble getting their fender liners too then I had the same issues with my bed mat. I didn’t order thru the forum though.

I haven't heard of any shipping issues. Whether anyone is ordering with me on the forum or on the website, this shouldn't be happening.
