Not all unions are the same. Most are money grubbing lets **** over the company as much as possible. There are exceptions (some of trade unions) that know if they **** over the contractors/shops then they will go non union and it hurts them in the long run.

I'm a self employed, contractor- lets just say, I dislike the union highly!........on another note, 2015 would be a perfect time for me! I told the lady that the next big changes they have on the Raptor, I'm trading up and buying up! '15 is when I planned on going for a GT500, Dealer better be on his A game, Haha! The rate these blue books are holding up with our Raptors...IT'S ONLY BENEFICIAL to keep trading up. That is, as long as they're being reproduced to stay in a Raptor!
