Rattle

My 2011 Screw has just developed a rattle that I cannot find. It sounds like an exhaust rattle but I can't find anything. I found the fuel tank over to be loose so I stuffed some foam in there to take up some space but that didn't get rid of the rattle.

It seems to only happen under load and right off load. Nothing in park or neutral. And only happens when the trans is above 170*.

It's driving me crazy!!!

Check the heat sheilds above the exhaust. My old f150 did the same thing and it drove me nuts until I figured out what it was and fixed it.

UPDATE

The "rattle" was the 4wd system vacuum leak that many members have had. My extended warranty covered it, just had to pay my deductible. I'm hoping no damage was done to my axles.
