Thank you for this excellent thread. It enabled me to replace my clockspring, and so fix the airbag warning, in 45 minutes - including stopping to make a cup of tea.
Incidentally, I got my clockspring from Tascaparts.com for just $50 plus shipping - and even with shipping to the Middle East it only cost one third of the price that the local dealer wanted
