Does anyone have the Alpha 1 Raptor spindle gussets? Are they a must have reinforcement? Thanks for the help

It depends on what you are doing. Trey has more off-road miles than anyone else on a mostly stock truck and hasn't reported any issues with the spindle bending.

I'd like to hear the pros and cons for needing/wanting these...

I've snapped one spindle and bent the other, I think the stock spindles are the weak point in the suspension based on personal "trial and error"

And whtrapta has more airborne miles in his mostly stock 2010 SCrew and no issues..

With saying that.. What the boys at raptor expeditions put their trucks through might be a different story..

You must be doing it wrong.. Lol

It might be long distance fatigue verses short distance.. 300 mile high speed run verses 43 mile run.

I'm not bashing it, i think all casted suspension parts need to be replaced..

    I've done it right plenty.
But if you're gonna push these trucks towards the limits, you'll eventually find out what they are... Like the spindles in my case.

If you're calling me out then we need to have a desert showdown, Greg. :burnout:
