Some pics and vids from my Jerome to Williams excursion through Perkinsville.

This is just outside Jerome, at the top of the Mingus mountain range, looking down onto the entire Verde valley and all the way to the Flagstaff mountains.

It was a good day. :)

A few pics from today ... and yes I know, I’m a princess that needs his truck washed after a little mud. :) Although from what I gather that red clay cakes in like cement, so I just thought it wise to get it off.

If that stuff is anything like the dirt in Moab you'll want to get it off asap. I STILL have some Moab dirt on my truck after 2 years, numerous pressure washing and winter/rain driving.. Now I just consider it corrosion protection from the salt/snow.

Wrap it. I most always leave the desert with what looks like deep pinstriping. Mostly due to my 14 old bashing into all sorts of thorny plants. Amazingly there is never a scratch.

If you spent $70K and you are going to use your truck - wrap it.

And if you wrap it the wrap gets gouged and scraped and looks like shit instead of desert pinstriping

Just depends on which you prefer and how much $$$ you want to spend

The wrap still looks like. Cheap insurance if you really need it.

The wrap, after desert pinstriping and nicks and gouges looks like the paint has those marks. So it protects the paint but looks like crap on the truck.

And what part of wrapping a Raptor is "cheap?"
