Okay... long story short. Bought stock 35. Put front and back Eibach's pro on with 37" tires. Personally, did not like the stiffer ride. Went back to stock springs with SVC tophats and 1" pucks in the rear. Sent it to Ford to recalibrate ride height and drives like a stock Raptor. Check. Now the back left sits 1 and 3/4 lower than the right... grrrr. Nothing is binding, frame is straight, nothing appears out of wack. Tank is at 50% full and nothing inside the truck or bed that would cause this. I have searched pretty much everywhere and cannot find a root cause. I could live with 1/2" inch or even 3/4" with a full tank. Do not want to mess with Forscan again because last time with Eibach's I got into a throwing codes battle with my truck. Question for the experts here, doesn't ride height adjustment only adjust shock response? The spring is what sets the height? Ride height adjustment only resets the shock body to adjust to the new height set by the collar, springs, or top hats. The shock only tapers the hit rate of the impact not setting the actual height. Oh how I miss my Gen 1. Things were simpler then.... What have you experienced that has solved this issue? I refuse to bandaid with a 2" spacer puck on the rear left. After a true fix. Thank you in advance Raptor community.

Everything was installed by professionals this last time and looks perfect. This lean was also present with the Eibachs. Ford did all kinds of ride height adjustments back then as well. That Ford dealership didn’t know what they were doing is my suspicion. The company who did the install this last time does Raptors for Baja and builds Can Ams for Baja now. Legit. They took it to their Ford service team in OC who they work with all the time resetting ride height. That’s why I am asking the questions above. Curious if the first ford dealership did something with that left rear ride height setting. Really have no idea. Thanks for noodling this. It drives me nuts looking at it. I’ll check the springs to see if there is indeed a different part number for left or right. Doubt it because it did this with the old Eibachs and they don’t call for left or right either.

Ride height sensor calibration does not affect static ride height in any way. It only impacts damping force which is zero when your suspension isn’t moving. I’d make sure all the springs are fully seated and then loosen and retorque all bolts that run through rubber bushings (UCA, LCA, upper and lower rear shock bolts, all rear link bolts). If none of that works then you’d be getting into things like does it have the wrong spring perch on the high side (37 trucks have a different spring perch than 35 trucks) or is there something up with the frame.

My truck sits dead level left to right and front to rear. It also sits exactly 1.0” lower in the front than the rear with index top hats installed. The index top hats gave me exactly 3/4” lift in the front, but it sets dead levels from L to R.

Something is not right with what they did as 1.75” of lean you’d feel like you were gonna tip over, that’s a lot.

When you say left rear, is that the passenger side? If so, check the right front carefully or vice versa. See if the front is twisting it.

Where are you measuring? Maybe the bed is bent? tire? A small part of the end of the spring broke off? It will look fine but you really need to take a good look

Here is a pick from when I bought it parked next to my old Gen 2. You can use the beam across the top of the garage to get a sense. Slight Raptor lean due to gas tank on the left drivers side.

Here is a pic from today in the same spot as it sits measuring from the hub to the middle of the fender on both sides with a net 1 3/4" difference. Thanks again for noodling on this. Garage is level left to right with a very slight slope up to the front of the garage.
