Back in June I took a trip to Chattahoochee National Forest. We entered through Suches, Georgia. Forest was pretty dense, some paths were very tight for a raptor, and at times other vehicles were coming in the opposite direction. At one point I had to reverse about a 1/4th of a mile on a tight road with mud pits and tight turns for a group of jeeps. It was a blast but I do wish there was more room to run the truck harder. We ended up staying around 5 nights camping within the forrest with the truck.
We hiked to the southern most point of the Appalachian Trail, on Springer Mountain in Georgia. This is outside of the Chattahoochee National Forrest. The trail extends 2,180+ miles north and terminates in Mount Katahdin in Maine.
