Raptor base price window sticker

I'm looking to pull the trigger on a raptor this week and down to a couple of out of state dealers. Looking at window stickers, one has base MSRP before options at $56,190, the other is at $56,440.

I've noticed weird discrepancies in the base price across the 2019s I've been shopping. Not often, but it happens. My only guess is that there was a price change mid-year and the trucks reflect pre/post price change. I've also noticed $100 differences in destination fee that I also can't explain.
