But in all reality. Really it boils down to do you want a GPS based radar detector or one that will tell u which direction it is coming from. I personally NEEDED a GPS that will lock out BS signals and road construction stuff. In Tulsa if you didn't have that you would constantly be hearing alarms and go nuts. Either one is good just depends on what is more important.

agreed ****** 9500ix unless you got the budget for the 9500ci

I have the built in Passport 8500ci with a Blinder laser shifter. The Blinder is wired up through aux 4 so I can shut it off right away after I slow down. Works like a dream.
