    R1Concepts WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

    Please Note that I have no control over this policy in any way, I can only act as an intermediate for your concerns. R1-Concepts makes final decisions on everything involving returns and warranty claims. If I make a mistake in ordering products for you and their are additional costs as a result, I will take full responsibility for the cost of making it right.

    However, I have only had one warranty claim be needed since I began promoting R1Concepts Performance Brake Products. That issue had to do with a set of Eline Series cross drilled and slotted rotors that had chips out of them that were obviously not from shipping damage. The customer contacted me inspected the rotors when they arrived and immediately contacted me so that I could handle it for him and R1Concepts had him a set up replacements shipped out to him the same day. They then said that the customer did not have to return the damaged rotors, so that saved the customer time, money and heart ache overall.     Core Charges

    The sale of certain automotive parts comes with an additional core charge. The “Core Charge” is a form of a deposit you pay until returning the old part you have removed from your vehicle. The charge is refunded to you, when you return the core.

    R1 Concepts is not responsible for return shipping on core items.

    Credits

    Credits will only be issued to if the conditions under “Returns” policy is met.

    The original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs and/or restocking fees. We'll send an email confirming receipt of your return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit to your account.

    Defective Items

    Defective items may only be exchanged and must be made within 1 year of the purchase. Defective items must be returned with the same items included in the original order. If an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

    If you request an exchange, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has been received. If you need a replacement item right away, we suggest placing a new order on our website, or email us at [email protected] or call us at 276-233-0097 for expedited ordering. Express shipping charges may apply for rush orders.

    All items returned for exchange require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, email [email protected] with your order number. State the reason for the exchange and the best number to reached. Also, attach any images as necessary. We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#. Shipments without a proper Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

    R1 Concepts will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will R1 Concepts reimburse for any damages incurred during installation or use of product.

    Exchanges

    Non-defective items returned for exchange must made within 60 days and be in a new and ready-to-sell condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts included. Exchanges for non-defective items will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. Items returned for reasons other than defect or R1 Concepts error will not be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label.

    If you request an exchange, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has been received.     Non-Returable Products

    These items are not returnable. In the case of defect or our error, they may be returned following the proper Returns procedure. The vast majority of our customers are extremely happy with their items and never need to return them. List subject to change.

    Restocking Fees

    Items returned for reasons other than defect or R1 Concepts error must be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Shipments received without a valid RA# clearly posted on the outside of the box will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

    Returns

    R1 Concepts does not accept returns on used items, custom-made products or items shipped via truck freight.

    If the item is defective and within 1 year of the purchase, please see our “Defective Items” policy. Items returned for reasons other than defect or R1 Concepts error must be made within 30 days of the purchase. The items must be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product.” R1 Concepts will not return or cover the shipping costs.

    All items returned require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, email [email protected] with your order number. State the reason for the exchange and the best number to reached. Also, attach any images as necessary. We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#.

    Holiday Returns

    During the holiday season, R1 Concepts makes it easier than ever for you or your gift recipients to return items.

    On orders placed during between Nov 1st and Dec 31st, you'll have up to 60 days from the time of delivery to return any item-double the standard 30-day policy.

    As with any of our returns, items must be in an unused, new condition and include original packaging and paperwork in order to receive a refund. All other standard return policies/procedures apply.

    Warranty

    All of our Replacement Parts are backed by a one year warranty (from the date of purchase) for manufacturer's defects. If your product is covered within the warranty period, we will issue exchanges for new products. Please see our “Defective Items” policy.
