So Ford is staying with the 12" touchscreen across the board? The Lightning 15" is a no go?

Looks like the R will be a worthy truck for 24. Like the new Shelter Green, more HP, and better shocks. Build and Price is up.

I don’t think it’s getting any significant amount of additional power. They basically just said more than the TRX, probably since TRX is discontinued for 2024 so they want to beat its rating for marketing. I’m betting 708 haha.

Yep. They didn’t announce because they can’t decide if they should say 708 or 710

I’d much prefer the Ford 12” screen over the 12” horizontal in my TRX. Physical buttons for climate control and heated/ventilated seats would be nice! Ford did that right!

New Raptor R will cost around $250K CDN.

170k MSRP
10k warranty & maintenance
50K dealer markup (pieces of *****)
13K luxury tax
12k fed tax

~$245k assuming its 1:1 conversion form US build price.

Even more if outside AB where provincial taxes and more luxury taxes apply.

Yeah some common use hard buttons are nice to have. I don’t care how good you are with a touch screen. Some of those hard buttons can be worked without ever looking at them. They still have a place, but there days are numbered unfortunately.
