GEN 2 Questions about recently purchased used Gen 2

Figuring out the after market parts was easy enough, but this is where I’m absolutely lost! Here’s some pics of under the hood and the wiring. I’m planning on taking it to Ford dealer to see if they can tell me whether the truck is tuned (I bought it from a VW dealership with a Ford under the same ownership). Also added a pic of the lights on the rear bumper.

Well you found the winch power cable. It is the 300 amp protected wire going to the battery. It appears that the wire in the insulation is the only thing connected to the uplifters currently. Might be the rear lights. Might see if that one fuse is in place.
