Yeah. I use Ziplocks as well. I hate having water and ice all over the place in my smaller coolers. I was on the website and never saw where it said that they were leak proof. ANYWHERE. I would think that if a reseller would have told me different, that I would bring that up with him (the reseller) and not cause a problem with a new vendor on FRF. Bison didn't do anything wrong here, and I plan on buying a cooler from them to test to out myself.....

You've made your point. You don't have to shove this further down a shit hole.

I said a lot of great things about Bison and represented the issue for improvement and clearly stated that there is no foul play.

Sorry for the slow response, I've been in South Dakota shooting a few birds. I'm back in the saddle now and getting caught up.

In short, leakproof zippers would cost about $100/cooler. We love being able to sell our SoftPaks for $200 less than "Y" and want to keep our SoftPaks affordable. That being said, we appreciate the feedback and may explore this option in the near future.

You shouldn't have much melt on a day trip with the SoftPak. For more than a day, I always use a 2.5 lb. Arctic Ice Pack (https://www.bisoncoolers.com/shop/chillin-brew-icepaks/). It's quick, easy and reusable so it saves me from having to grab a bag of ice everytime. It's a solid investment for a SoftPak or roto-molded cooler (5 lb. size). Thanks

Jeremy
