The interesting thing is that my four Duallys have been on my truck the longest. They have been completely submerged in about 20 river crossings with no leakage at all. All of my Rigids have been exposed to a 3-hour white-out blizzard where inches of ice formed on my entire truck. I couldn't open my gas cap, I couldn't see my headlights, and my 50" was so covered, there was no gap between the light bar and my roof.
Then it turns out only my 40" got moisture behind the lens, about 2 months later. Since every part can't be perfect, I guess it's good to have solid warranty
