I had a similar problem. Puddle lights would work for a while once I swapped over to LED's but then stop working. I hooked up Forscan and found that I missed a bare spot on the insulation that was grounding out. Corrected the short and no issues with puddle lights since. Once I would clear the DTC in forscan, the puddle lights would work for about 3 days, then switch back to not working. Just my experience.

Does anyone know where the fuse is for the puddle lights and cargo?
Fuse 12 in the passenger kick panel.
I had a similar issue on this new gen 1 I picked up where the puddle, cargo and interior lights did not work. No bad bulbs, wires, or faults. Ended up being the previous owner had the vehicle in "dark mode" via forscan.
It is also possible it may be a bad BCM if the fuses are good, no obvious problems with connections or bulbs. Some LED bulbs don't work well from what I've seen.
