Prospective question before possible purchase - undercarriage noise

hey yall,

Been looking into this 2011 6.2. Dope set up, including mods throughout the truck (aftermarket bumpers, skidplate, lightbar, ect).

However, while test driving, I noticed a concerning noise that comes from the undercarriage while accelerating hard and soft when already at cruising speed. I've read that this is sometimes a problem with Ford vehicles and caused by issues with the power steering system?

Wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or aware of the specific issue in general?

What kind of noise? Power steering pump whining is pretty common, relatively cheap/easy fix...
