GEN 2 Power train malfunction

Hello everyone, has anybody experienced a power train malfunction? The truck is a 2017 raptor 802A package with 93,000 miles on it. This has happened 2 times in 8 days. The truck right now is at the dealer. But I want to see if anybody has had any experienced with this, just to make sure the dealer is not giving me some B.S.

That message indicates at least one of thousands of possible codes/combinations has set. Without DTCs there’s no way of knowing what’s wrong.
