I get an occasional noise when backing out of my driveway. Not sure I just need to lubricate the leafs, or if something needs to be tightened. The noise isn't very loud and doesn't happen often.

I have had my Deaver +3 SD for almost 18 months and I do not have any weird noises with mine. I am running a 93 PRX tune from MPT, so hard acceleration happens...

I got a half turn on all the U bolts on the retighting. Will probably check one more time and call it good. No noises but I caked them with amsoil rust proofing and lots of bushing lube.

Me four. I checked the u-bolts and e-brake cables this weekend. Kind of annoying, sure love these springs otherwise!

Stick a GoPro back there and film from different angles. Sounds like something binding due to the torque but I am by no means a leaf spring expert.
You could hit the gas while holding down the brakes and not moving to see if this makes the issue present itself.
