Picked up 37 today. Hanging Tube left Rear. Help

Complete guess but could be a drain tube for something. Similar to what you'd see towards the front of the car for sunroofs.

Its the 3rd member breather. It runs up and over the fuel tank to the wheel well area.

It goes up somewhere from there it's in yellow in the picture. I guess follow up and attach where it makes sense

Yes and OP you want it high up above the rearend housing close to the body. Like someone else said, it should clip to the hose near it.

Yup, should send it back as a lemon law for a loose vent line. OR Should just B I T C H slap the tech that did the PDI!

I think it's supposed to be like that so it sucks in water keeping your rear differential cool,

I have a 37 truck, had the same thing... Must be a vent tube clipper guy just posting on Indeed that hasn’t been filled yet.
