So far so good, but not many miles since, about 1000km at most. Did you swap the solenoid at the same time? I will take a look at that hose.

Bringing this one back to life. Was this the permanent fix for you? I got the code on my truck last Monday, cleared it Monday mid-day and had it back Friday afternoon. Swapped the purge valve yesterday morning, drove a bit and it was off this morning when I started the truck. Just did about a 60 mile drive, filled it all the way up on this drive and right before I got back home it was back on. Re-checked purge valve fittings and re-tightened the two 8’s holding it and also jammed the filler neck about 30 times with a gas can hose. I’ve cleared the code again to see what it does.
