Yes I did but it’s not required as your overall tire diameter is pretty close. I went with 1.5” RPG collars and my truck has half an inch rake.

Most likely a 35x12.50x20 based on the information provided.

It depends on your tire. If you go with a BFG K02 35x12.50x20, your truck will sit 0.1" taller.

Factory BFG 315/70/17 is 34.4" and the 35x12.50x20 is 34.6". Difference of 0.2" and only half of that is below the axle to add height so 0.1" total. Effectively, nothing.
