Oil leak in the rear

Took the truck on a simple mostly gravel road trail a couple days ago and this morning I noticed a leak coming from the rear underneath my truck on the passenger side. I then go to check it midday and the leak is gone, I check it a few hours later and the leak is there, I just checked it tonight and the leak is gonna again. Does anyone have any experience with something like this? Has this happend to any of y’all, I’ll be taking it in on Monday. that’s about where the leak appears

There is a weep hole in the muffler to drain moisture. It's normal, nothing to be concerned about.

They have designed this into vehicles' mufflers for decades as Fordtechone mentioned, don't lose any sleep over it.

Yep that’s the cats doing their job, catalytic converters turning hydrocarbons into water vapor; it will condense and evaporate with temp/humidity. Drain hole allows it to escape and not rust out the whole muffler.

But seriously, nice job checking the underside of your truck out. That's good ownership!
