I can't figure out mine. I have a 2011. When I go into add pictures and insert the disc it just says bad disc or unsupported format. I put it back the computer and it works. Images are JPEG and smaller than 1.5 MB. What is wrong. Any advice.

I found this one in this thread a few years ago and couldn't find it again. Did a reverse image search, found the original, and resized it to work.
