OEM Tire Replacements: $200 each?

I've read it a few times that Ford has said they will replace the Raptor tires with the same BFG's, when needed, for $200each. But I can't find anything official like from Ford on that.

Is it rumor? Or does someone know for sure? Got a link to an official Ford statement?
