The EATC connector C228C has 5 live pins (5,6,7,8,17) hence why I asked If the factory connector had 5 wires or 4. If it had 5 wires it means I need to ground pin 8 to the common ground for that sector of the truck. I know the other 4 pins go to the bottom connector, the 4th being the return wire pin 17 not the ground pin 8. I think the factory may have grounded pin 8 because the ford wiring book shows a black 20 ga wire.

It only has 4 wires. These are the only wires you need to worry about. I didn't do anything with any other wiring besides these 4.

I took both floor consoles out of the Limited and the Raptor, split the ambient lighting harness out of the Limited console harness, and swapped it into the Raptor console harness. Besides the connect at the HVAC module and making a new harness down to the floor connector it's plug and play. There's no way I was going to try and dig apart the dash harness to get those 4 wires free from it, so I just made my own harness.

Thank you Cody, I'm clear on the four wires that go to the console, my concern is about pin 8 in the connector that plugs into the EATC, should pin 8 be grounded.

Picked up three more pieces today so all I lack is the cupholder ring, local ford dealer wanted $450 for the top trim w/cupholder ring so I'll have to source it elsewhere.

I don't remember there being 5 wires, only 4. If you're worried about it just run a ground wire and screw it into the dash behind the module or something.

Had a little more success using FORScan, made my first manual change in programing and it turned out good. I can now get this screen even though I don't have any of the lighting wired in yet.

I need the HVAC ASBUILT file for a 2013-2014 f150 with ambient lighting. I downloaded a complete ASBUILT file for a 2014 Platinum from the ford site but I don't know how to unpack it. I'm new to FORScan so I don't know what other programs are available. Any help would be appreciated.
