A few months back the price per door panel for the Carbon Fiber was ~$450 each. I toyed with the swap, but hoped they'd come down over time, now they are ~$680 each. Any idea what is driving the price up and should I expect it to ever come down to earth?

Glad I got the CF interior package at purchase in that case for the $1100 or what ever extra it was. I debated if I really "needed" it for the extra $, but I wanted it and I figured I didn't need this truck either so I said screw it... Kinda glad I did now

Not likely it will ever come down. Very common for trim/cosmetic parts from upper line vehicles to start with a reasonable price and demand push the price higher. Many people looking to upgrade/change their interiors have driven the price up.

What’s sad is that ford won’t/doesn’t have replacements just for the cf insert
