OBD II Bluetooth scanner phoenix radio 2019 ford raptor

I’m using in built in WiFi 2019 ford raptor and it is already connacted with Phoenix radio

I can’t connect WiFi obd2 scanner so I ordered Bluetooth obd2 scanner but how to connect with Phoenix radio is Phoenix radio support Bluetooth?
Anybody did before

The description states that it supports the "Torque" app. Did you install the "Torque" app to the Phoenix Android device?

Yes I did but before you connect with the app it need to connect with device 1st
