I bet the guy ends up selling it for 25K. What's really funny is the base truck with salvaged title is probably worth 12k tops, if you were to add the "20k" in mods to that you're still well under the asking price of 45k.

Seeing this makes me wish I had kept my 05 and converted it to something similar to this.

it looks to me like that truck is probably vin'd as an 07 but is realy a stolen truck.....
the bed is too short to be a scab f150, since only the raptor comes with a 5.5' bed in any thing shorter than a screw
